As I said this isn't the max possible. Taking two more epic destenie enhancements, 2 more int twists forcing you to either be in magister in order to have necro focus in your tree and not as a twist or staying in draconic and taking only 3 twists leaving one to use for magister spell focus and dropping one of the great int feats for epic spell focus necro (which will lower your int by 2 but keep your necro maxed). In addition to a bard this will land you at 78 which is IMO overkill and if you overkill something you can be sure you'll be lacking somewhere else (dps).
