Pls be gentle with me, posting a build here is hella scary..

Ok, I want to do a dual heavy blade wielding morninglord cleric. Why? Because 1. I want iconic, 2. I want cleric and 3. I want to do a dual wielding slashing weapons build, as I plan to make a handwraps build out of my other toon.

I will most likely do 1-2 eTR's on this toon before the next TR, so will be doing ee sagas. Self healing will be cocoon, bursts and ameliorating strike

Lawful good morninglord male 9 cleric/ 8 fighter/ 3 monk
Heroic past lives: sorcerer, wizard, bard, favored soul
Epic Past lives: Colors of the queen, Power over life and death x2
Starting stats: str 16, dex 14, con 14, int 10, wis 10, cha 15
Tomes used: +5 str, dex, con. +4 wis, rest +3

Feats:
Emp Heal
PA
Quicken
TWF
Light path
Cleave
Adept of Forms
Great Cleave
Weapon Focus: Slashing Weapons
Improved TWF
Weapon Specialization: Slashing Weapons
IC: Slashing
Master of Forms
Greater TWF
Greater Weapon Focus: Slashing Weapons
Grandmaster of Forms
OC
ED: Perfect Two Weapon Fighting
Blinding speed
ED: First Blood

The 6th and current version of the enhancements looks like:

I posted the build plan on the ddo forums here: https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/448612-Centered-Kensei-twf-cleric

Unless you want badly the morninglord past life, PDK is vastly superior in all aspects (except the looks):
1 more feat, 1 more skill point, better racial tree etc.
With the incoming armor changes I would personally scrap the centered part entirely and go heavy armor (MRR>evasion with mediocre saves), which opens the possibility for 11 cleric and heal spell too, but that would be a fairly different build concept.

AP spent looks solid.  Ameliorating Strike is boss.  Healing Bursts are present.  You might have an issue getting your reflex saves high enough, but overall it looks fine to grind out a few epic lives and/or an iconic life if that is what you are wanting it for.

I dont think your wisdom should be so high. Swap it out for charisma to get DM higher.

Oversized TWF can be replaced with Dodge possibly.

You wont need Ameliorating Strike with all that healing. Empowered and Quickened CCW/CSW, Cocoon and bursts should be enough. Do you have a lot of displace clickies? The APS you save from not taking Am. Strike could be spent in the Sun Elf tree to get extra damage out of Hammers, unless you really want swords then Stalwart Stance would be my suggestion.

Ok, wis dropped to 10, cha raised to 15

As for displace I have 4 gs... so 8 charges. I'll make more if I can be bothered to run shroud.

The true power of a Centered Kensi ala Ceuts is STR stacking.  This comes from Power Surge, Divine Might and Tensors etc.  Without 12 Fighter I see a lack of DPS in EE.  Could be wrong but..

I would also consider dropping O2WF for Grand Master depending on what stance you want to run in.

If I drop OTWF, pick up Master of Forms at 18, I could take Grandmaster at 21. Is that better?

Still depends on what stance you use.  GM will give you more, more of what though?  Do you need more?

It does, but that is more of a factor with stunning blow. I play a 9monk centered kensei. My str gets to high 70s with primal, tenser, ship buff, pot, divine might. Action boosts make up for not hitting 90 str when I'm not blitzing. Under blitz none of that even matters.

Agreed.  When Stunning Blow lands on EE the DPS goes way up with Sense Weakness twisted.  Could just be icing on the cake, but it is very tasty icing.

I love seeing stat damage double when I run sense weakness with no mercy.
