So would I gain, or lose by going 12 monk 8 fighter?  Frees up another feat and lets me take improved martial arts for an extra .5W costs me... saves prolly quite a bit but if my saves are gonna suck no matter what.

Of course I think if I split this way dwarf is back on the table
16 str and dex 20 con.

Should also free up a few AP that i was puting into KotC to feed into shintao or ninja spy

Gain.

The only thing inmportant lost is CHA to saves. (Which is admittedly really nice.) Getting Improved evasion at monk 9 and abundant step/free form feat at monk 12 is nicer IMO.

It's still out of date. I noticed the tree image was updated at some point, but the tier 2 +%shield bash enhancement was never added to the list.
