PDK bastard sword using bard

Anyone play with this? I am very reluctant to give up swashbuckling, but would like to try something new with SWF.

Thinking warchanter, just enough 11 in SS.

Yep, I've done 16bard/2fighter/2rogue a couple of times and 16bard/3druid/1fighter with bastard swords and I like it a lot. Freezing cleave from wc synergizes well with bastard swords. If you need a break from sb, I recommend it.

why bastard sword over thf? great sword is same crit profile and you get sos/esos during leveling.

Was just tired of Swashing everywhere was giving it some thought for change of pace. And I enjoy the SWF pace and animation more than THF.

I only recently got the SoS base (epic bad luck), but I did give great sword a whirl one life and it didn't seem as fun.  THF might be optimal, but swf does offer a couple of benefits. Orb allows a spot for a couple of red augments to help with consecration, and perfect single weapon fighting is nice for more frosty goodness from warchanter (although I haven't been staying at 28 long enough to test it out.)
