	9-20 x4 is doable, if not an especially good idea. Forester's Brushhook is a 19-20x3 kama. So, 17-20x4 swashbuckling, 16-20 x4 in crusader, 11-20 x4 with improved crit, 9-20 x4 with crit rage. 16 barb/3bard/1fvs, or something like that.

	So if i have this right, the crit rage increase in critical range does not stack with swash right? as they are both competence?
