Striping and salvaging of enhancements. Find an X-Bow with Ice Depths on it? Deconstruct and get a BtA Shard for Icy Depths... etc.

Easy restrictions.. BtA, has to have 150 levels in at least 1 branch of Cannith Crafting, Have to be at LEAST equal in Level to the ML of the origin item, 50% chance at base, +10% for each level the attempter has above ML of the originating item.

No.. I want it to occasionally bork, strip every attribute of every piece of equipment in your possession, and teleport you to random lvl 25+ quests on EE Difficulty butt nekid...

Not what I'm saying.. think you missed the point entirely.

To begin with, I think you should only be able to upgrade something you crafted/forged yourself.

Also, Starting from scratch is exactly what I'm talking about.

You TR... now your 2nd lvl... with a Master Shard, you can use a Holy with Bleed. That's great! But 6 Levels later, now you can use Holy Burst with Puncturing.... Instead of tearing down the old weapon, or tossing it outright, why not upgrade it to the new level of power you're able to make use of?  We already have this system in place with Cannith Loot of the Artificers... just expand it into other areas when they upgrade Green Steel!
