So it allows you to break SA immunity (like Assassins Trick) but not Fort and only while sneaking which already gives SA susceptibility? That's pretty edge case stuff. The blinding is occasionally useful but there are lots of other ways to achieve that.

It's a shame. Quite a bit of the SDK tree feels like it's irrelevant now (or wasn't well thought through) but I like the flavour. For a stealth build Shadow Phase an Jaunt is great (if expensive) and the chain is ok in heroics but you're into epics before you know it as an Iconic.

Anyway thanks for the answer after all this time!

If you're not doubleclicking the stealth button in melee on an assassin to maintain stacks of Measure The Foe, then you're doing it wrong.
