If bow + shuris - Swap the 4 pally/1 fighter for ranger levels. If you took 5 monk first, then 4 pally, then 1 fighter. If you are not drow, this is not optimal as you lose out on Precision. If you do not have completionist however, take it there:

Monk: Point Blank Shot + Shuriken Expertise (assuming non-drow, if Drow take Zen Archery here)
Monk: Zen Archery (If drow, take Precision)
Monk: Quick Draw + Light or Dark, i prefer dark.. but it doesnt really matter

If you are going to do just bows, no stars - Replace Quick Draw and Improved Critical Thrown with feats of your own choosing.


Without knowing how you leveled the 10 levels though, its hard to say where to take what. 10k stars will always be your 6th monk level, grandmaster of forms will always be level 18 feat, and improved precise will be lvl 15 feat. this leaves lvl 3/6/9/12 feats to worry about, though Quickdraw > Completionist > IC:T > IC:R is optimal. PBS always take at level 1, Zen and Shuri expertise are  a toss up, either first monk level, or second. If you are not going stars, take zen first then dodge.

I was thinking Elf 12 Ranger/8 Monk looks best for bows, but I haven't done the math yet.

12 ranger for crit range, 8 monk for 10k stars, Elf AA for crit multi.

Though if you are concerned about further nerfs/"balance"/fiddling with game mechanics every few weeks, then 20 Ranger is safer. Either capstone makes up a good chunk of the 10k loss and you get a decent melee option for free with DWS capstone.
