8/6/6 is what I'd do.

10k is worth having if you don't mind pajamas. You can scrape together some SA dice from DWS and Ninja Spy. Sniper Shot is still awesome. Normally you would have to dip into Henshin for Contemplation but you can get it from Kensai which is convenient.

Healing seems like an issue but deception procs and Sniper Shot get you time to rope-a-dope. With a little hamp and a little positive sp that Wild Empathy vigor can get you by most fights if you use distance defensively.

if ranged use xbow and tier 5 mech. possibly 8f/6r/6rng?

if you really want bows then helf, maybe? something like 8f/6m/6rng.

Yeah I should say that x/6/6 xxx/rgr/mnk would be using shuriken most of the time in my mind. That doesn't fit at all with kensei since shuriken and bows are in different focus families. I hadn't really thought that part through. Full time ranged =/= full time bow.
