rate of fire, testing

I am on a quest to find the highest rate of fire, for vorpal proc based builds.

I'm inviting people to do some testing and chime in here with your ideas. One caveat, test your idea either before or after you post so we can discuss results together.

Initially I'm guess that it will be a monk throwing shuriken, but I happily admit that could end up being wrong. Maybe it will be a Mech with a Gxb with the auto-loader and expanded vorp range. It could be a repeater, or a Arty timing in his endless fusilade. Or perhaps a fully tuned up Elf AA using exploiting max standing double shot and manyshot, maybe it's.... well you get the picture.

So we will be looking for two different things:

(1) ROF, Rate of Fire- how fast can a weapon set-up put 100 shot downrange. remember to test with non returning ammo, etc

(2) ROV, Rate of Vorpal- how fast can a weapon set-up proc 10 vorps

(3) ROC, Rate of Critical- how fast can a weapon set-up proc 10 crits

So there is my project, I think getting some group verified  hard and fast numbers could benefit lots of people's builds, I hope some of you want to help.

Thanx

First question, how is a expanded Vorpal range expressed mathematically?  Is it merely a 5% boost or is it in practice a 100% increase in occurrence?

I ask because I've never been great at statistics, and how does this reflect in regards to a increase of vorpal chance from doubleshot or say haste boost?

Does a 30% speed boost reflect a 30% greater chance of a vorp, while a vorp range expanded to 19-20 reflects a 100% better chance of a vorp?

Back when Perfect SWF was introduced, I noticed some vorpal effects procced 19-20, but others remained proccing only on 20. I got distracted by life, and haven't investigated more fully, like I wanted to.

Preliminary testing indicated items with text that reads "On vorpal hit :..." procced on 19-20 with PSWF.

Items that read "On an attack roll of a natural 20 which is also confirmed as a critical hit ..." (without "vorpal" mentioned), procced on 20 only, even with PSWF.

That was then. I was not as thorough as I wanted. I don't know if that has been patched, and I don't know if it applies to mechs with GxBs. I imagine that it doesn't apply to anything with a "5% ..." proc, like Mortal Fear, but I also haven't tested enough to say for sure it doesn't.

Sorry I don't have more time to test, or I wouldn't be posting incomplete info like this.
