Yep, that looks about right. Now do CHA
The max of any stat is pretty easy to find once you know where the bumps come from.
This stuff is pretty much universal:
15 Enhancement Item
7 Insight Item
2 Exceptional Item
20 base Stat (or 18, if the class you want starts at 8)
7 lvl ups
2 completionist
7 tome
6 active destiny tree
5 Twists (although rarely a good idea)
2 Profane Item(Litany, or can be +3 if Con or Str and you have the Greater Might of the Abashai set)
4 Quality Item
2 yugo pot
2 ship buff
2 Store Pot
4 Epic feats (Again, often a horrible build idea)
3 alchemical (house D Pot)
= 90. (Str and Con can hit 91 on a Horc or Dwarf/Robot respectively. 88 on a non base 10 class for stat)
From there, there the only real difference is enhancements. Because most of the ED trees shy away from giving permanent stats anywhere but the one tree. Exceptions:
There is something in Primal Avatar that gives +2 primal bonus to stats. But it is in T5, so you can't twist it.
There is a core enhancement in Fatesinger that gives +1 to CHA and +1 to CON. But that would suck as a destiny for anyone but a bard.
The Fatesinger has Echoes of the Ancestors that gives +1 to a stat, but that would just replace a twist, unless you were in Fate Singer.
Gear/Items:
Festival/Spooky Augment: +2 Int or Wisdom
Titan Cookie: +6 Psionic Strength Bonus
Hezrou Cookie: +4 Profane Bonus to Str, Con, Dex.
5 Cookie Abashai Combo:+4 Profane Bonus to Cha, Int, Wis (Forgot about this in the Wis discussion)
Tensers Spell: +4 Alchem bonus to Str, Con, Dex
Rage Spell: +2 Str, Con
Madstone Rage (both): +4 Str, +8 Con
Blood Rage (Scourge Choker, Epic Locus of Vol): +6 Str, Con
Rams Might: +2 Size bonus to Strength
Enhancements:
Here is where it gets tricky. Because the classes get some different stuff. You can count on finding a class where you can get the following though:
+4 from tree enhancements (Generally 2 trees with have what you want with 2 each)
+2 or +4 from a Capstone
+2 from Race
From there, it depends on the class. Examples:
+8 Psionic Bonus to all stats coming from fighter (Currently Just Strength)
+6 Competence bonus to Str, Con from Fighter, Pally.
+X to Str based on Cha modifier from Divine Might - Pally, Cleric, FvS
+2 to Int/Dex/Cha from Harper Cores
+4 Con, +2 Int, Wis, Cha in Lich Form - PM
+4 Con bonus (racial) when in Dire Bear Form - Druid
+4 Str, Wis, Con, or Dex Depending on Monk Stance in Grandmaster of Forms (Forgot about this is the wis discussion too but it only helps if you
can't get +4 from your capstone)
+10 Str, Con - Mighty Rage - Barbarian
+3 Str - Power Rage - Barbarian FB
+3 Con - Hardy Rage - Barbarian Ravager
+4 Str - Death Frenzy - Barbarian FB
So, based on the above, a Charisma build pally, Bard, or Warlock will get +4 Char Capstone, while a Sorc gets +2. And +2 from Harper Tree and +2 from the Drow cores.
So that is +12 for pally, Warlock.
Sorc is +10.
A bard is +12, unless in Fatesinger, then +14.
A U31 fighter gets +12.
A U31 character with 12 fighter levels drow with harper tree mixed with at least 4 bard, warlcok, or pally can get +16. +18 if in Fatesinger.
So, take the base 90 and add in what you want from above. The max would appear to be 108. (110 while chugging 5 set abashai cookies)
Str and Con are the hardest to gauge because of all the options and the stacking issues. But safe to say that you can still get Str higher than any other stat in the game. Followed closely by Con.
