did anyone else know that they will only restore missing items from youre tr cache once?  that kinda sucks. like allot

Seriously, what a crap move on their part. The problem is entirely their fault, and they won't fix it?! TR is the last thing keeping many people in the game, to discourage that with the threat of taking away your stuff and refusing to return it is just about the stupidest thing they could do.

I wish they would just get rid of the TR cache entirely.  They should just expand the personal bank to 10 tabs, maximum (5 free, 2 from favor, 3 you can buy with TP) and make the bank persist through reincarnations.  You'd lose 20 spaces(1 tab) vs. the current TR Cache, but you don't have to empty it each life, which would save some time. 

Would solve a ton of problems.  That thing is a mess.

Of course, they would need to alter the TR/ITR process to not allow you to do so with items in your inventory (or with a warning that you have stuff in your inventory and it is going to be lost for good if you proceed).  People fucking that up will probably cause more problems than the TR cache.  Nevermind. 

now that im about to hit 20 again im more pissed about the box's now. never had a working dupe for those so its a pain in the ass for me to get them. :/

If they change the tr cache mechanism, so that you retain all your inventory spaces, then they also need to do away with encumbrance. Otherwise you will be burdened immediately.

I've only ever lost various CitW weapons. And, for some strange reason, only the CitW weapons. Luckily for me I don't tr any longer. I now just make new first life alts and then leave them on the ship to pike.
