I think its cute when people see targeted hate and confuse it for personal beliefs.

You can have one of 2 opinions on what motivates this thread to exist

1) The OP actively judges every single human they encounter first and foremost based on their perception of their cosmetic appearance

2) The OP sought to offend the target and chose the most available personal means to do so

The inability of people to recognize this targeting is a major factor in the mislabeling of racism and hate . Look at a man like Kramer, who took path number 2, but had his reaction received as path number 1. the inability to recognize this is so predominant that people who make these kinds of errors in public are unable to convey this thought, and instead backpedal and proclaim "they dont know why they did that" when in reality they know all they wanted to do was hurt the target. If it was a muslim, a black, a white, a alien, a feminist, whatever identity or trait that could visually be identified would be the target for attack. Kramer call the guy a nigger because he wante to offend him and could see he was black. if the heckler was gay, would he have used the word nigger still? would he have had to go on a campaign to rectify his hate for gays? how can such extreme conclusions about a persons beliefs be drawn from one moment full of variables? i agre that the op is kinda dumb but i can appreciate that someone the OP dislikes, probably with good reason, is making poor decisions on the internet. the OP has chosen to document this, as well as interjecting his dislike for the target in a personally offensive manner that can not be argued- by claiming he is ugly providing an example of why it could be true. Every additional reply agreeing further legitimizes the claim and the level of personal offense directed at the target.

Targeted insults are not indicative of a persons belief system, only that a person is willing to personally insult those who's beliefs they do not share

this has nothing to do with discussing whether or not shoe is attractive or not, and everything to do with attacking him personally in a manner that he is likely to see and unlikely to argue

everyone of you does the exact same thing when you abuse [] with endearing terms like "madame president" except hes less socially acceptable than shoe so no one white knights for his ass. if you talk shit about this thread but also talk shit about [], you are a hypocrite.

That is a fair enough point to bring up.  It is a question I have often asked myself after losing that bet.  However, two things, 1) I don't see Shoemaker constantly shit-posting here so it feels a bit like apples to oranges (i.e. at what point is one allowed to metaphorically hit back)  2) Asking people to post pics after they insult someone else's appearance isn't exactly the same as the insults lobbed at P4P.  It's more in line with the "put up or shut up" approach of calling someone to account for their own insults. 

Also, in the parlance of your response, I recognize this post is a #2.
