its hard to form opinions for situations like this because they are not clear scenarios of one party being a jerk off.
Quote:a client is running some kind of protest campaign against turbine, for allegedly banning him for using the word "frak" for 7 days, and upon that bans resolution, a 2nd unwarranted lifetime ban is also alleged to have been issues.
this on its own lays out an obvious innocence of client and questionable motives by turbine. but honestly, the important question is WHY would turbine have motives regarding this "innocent client"
the answer is that they wouldnt. what would prompt such a reaction from turbine? most likely the
reaction of this innocent client, which has not been articulated nearly as clearly as the argument of the "victim," "jade ass"
So we go up a level. we can assume he reacted poorly based on the events described above. We cant figure out how he reacted but we can determine the severity of what he reacted to. He was told to "kill himself" which seems like a pretty extreme and offensive request. and allegedly got him punished- which is confusing. its plausible his reaction was, as a result, extreme, offensive, and confusing. So perhaps it was justified. but was it? again we lack the info to make that determination.
so we go up a level. someone in a video game chose to request the "victim" "kill himself" Why? its very unlikely that the "offender" woke up that morning and ws like "im gonna tell people to kill themselves today" and is far more likely that it was a reaction to the "victim" We cant figure out what prompted this reaction, but we can determine the severity of that reaction. he was told to kill himself, which is an extreme and offensive request. Its plausible that what ever the "victim" did must have been extreme and offensive enough to warrant someone reciprocating in suit. So perhaps that was justified.
without any further information, theres no more levels to go up through. the incident must have started when jade ass' character/ actions prompted someone to ask him to kill himself, and was exacerbated when jade ass' character/ actions prompted his defenders to ban him multiple times. He comes back with an incomplete story and due to CoC we never hear the unbiased version. i think for the purposes of video game court there is enough evidence to reach reasonable conclusions that jade ass had to have been in the wrong, despite not having actual undeniable proof. its not a case of murder, its a case of gay retardation on the internet. the events all occurred for a reason. He was the target of these events because he was the cause of these events
