News and Notes: Miscellaneous � � We have corrected several "effect stacking" issues that were having a detrimental impact on game performance. These issues were happening due to excess stacks of several benefits applied through scripting, including U32 set bonuses, Reaper bonuses, and Mythic item properties. � � Corrected several issues that were allowing players to exploit the quest Precious Cargo. � � Precious Cargo is no longer available in Reaper difficulty. � � Corrected a reincarnation exploit.

Unless they reintroduced it recently. Btw it also allowed collecting iconic past lives as long as u had 1 iconic past life already.

Dont get ur hopes up yet as they claimed this when they closed the quest: Quest Closure: Precious Cargo Wed, 22 Feb 2017 21:36:44 +0000 The quest Precious Cargo has been closed due to an issue that was causing a problem with server performance. We will let you know when the quest is reopened. They are still willing to go bullshit mode when necessery.

	In their defense, they didn't say poor server performance. Their vagueness could have referred to the server over performance for giving out reaper xp.

In their defense? Seems like Precious Cargo was giving out Reaper xp in the right amount. It's the rest of the server that's underperforming.
