	I'm sure this isn't something you will get at the same time as an ITR, ETR or HTR. It likely will be another or in there, so old timers don't have something that would need retroactive remedies. More power creep? Certainly. More ingredients to grind? Naturally. I hope we'll be able to RTR after lvl 20, not have to go to 30. I hope they are stance-type feats without passive adds, to limit some of the power creepiness. We'll find out soon (tm), so won't have to live on conjecture too long.

	It should be 20. And you should get a heroic past life at the same time. And since I am triple completionist, I'm hosed. Luckily I can earn some Reaper XP while getting these PLs. Now I'll be looking for race sales. I only bought WF and Iconics. And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why they are adding racial past lives. And probably to a lesser extent, why Dragonborn are going to be a base race rather than an Iconic.

	It will prob use its own XP system so you will have to choose either race xp or levelling XP, on top of a special Racial True Heart you can grind by farming Racial Tokens. Bunch of bullshit but DDO endgame is hamster wheel they are basically admitting at this point.

Anyway now that it has been confirmed here is the info i got a few weeks ago when i first posted about it. 1. each PL will not give the same bonus that stacks 3 time, instead they will give progressively better (supposedly better) separate effects. 2. will require a new Reincarnation at 20 with a new heart 3. after achieving 3 PL of a single race you will get 1 action point that can only be spent in racial trees, a total of 10 points at triple racial completionest. i feel like there was something else but i dont remember ATM
