Melee Druid is perhaps the only remaining use for a Horc these days.

Even then, Dragonborn is likely better, unless the Horc racial damage enhancements work in Wolf form.

Sad days for the half-breeds...  Undecided

SH builds will want Extend for Body of the Sun.  It can be swapped out around 20th when they transition into sitting in water over fire forms and when buff durations are as long as they are going to get without it anyway.  Before then it is a walking wall of fire that melts the mobs away, and extend doubles the duration since it counts as a buff.

Evo focus and greater evo focus are optional.    I build with evo focus but not greater, that opens up the evo specs in a couple EDs.  Druids do not need high evo DCs to be very effective as their spells are typically AOE or no save.  EQ is both AOE and recurring save, and against a typically lousy save stat.

Working with your build frame I'd change:
Level 12 : Heighten Spell
Level 15 : Empower Healing
Level 18 : Greater Spell Focus Evocation

to:
Level 12 : Extend
Level 15 : Heighten Spell
Level 18 : Empower Healing

With a note that they can do a free feat swap at ~20th (or whenever they notice that they are sitting in water form more than fire, which should be around there) to swap out extend for gr evo focus.

No, let me be Frank.

I've had multiple RoSS rot just from doing the explorer points in Sands across multiple lives since it is exclusive.

Smart players know how to use buyback.

I will not chone.

I did what I did intentionally and while my primary purpose was not to annoy the other Vaulties, I acknowledge that it was a side effect.

Smart people don't elicit "side effects."  They understand in advance the consequences of their actions.
