Outperform in what way? XP/min? DPS? Soloability? Something else?

Dc sorc and is excellent. You get charms, instakills and nukage

Only problem is Warlock is still more survivable with temp HP

Barbarian beats it early on, and up through level 8-9, but it falls off steeply there.

Monk stays strong until about 12 and is very good, but not better IMO.

Pure caster bard is actually very good, but the lack of instakills puts it behind a necrolock at the end of a TR cycle. Their damage is quite formidable in heroics surprisingly.

Pure cleric is worth a playthrough, but lack of charms make it tough, and early levels are even more painful than warlock. Wizard is similar to cleric---you trade the heals for charms. Warforged is not reccomended... ...color spray is too good.

Disagree for R3 and higher. Certain abilities and spells are pushed back a level which can definitely make a difference to the point where the extra run speed may not gain you more

ALL in for INT & Chief Stat

1 Rogue (for traps)
2-4 Fighter (for Stalwart Defence, heavy armor and Shield Mastery/Bash
5-8 Rogue
9-10 Fighter (feats)
10-20 Wanted PL Class

Cannith Crafted @ 1,3,7,10,15,20 (10+ insightfuls),
each step is the same, just higher bonuses.

(2) Trinkets with search/spot, disarm/open till 10, then (3) with search/insightful, disarm/insightful, open/insightful.

Shield Bash combo'ed with trip is INCREDIBLY effective in heroics up to and included R3. Warhammer/Longsword/Waraxe of Unnatural Bane+Good Effect: Skeletons are a joke, Zombies not much better, wights & gnolls have turned into Kobolds and are a complete whore in R3 (not to mention Reaper Wraiths), and a Tiefling Blade makes short work of everything else.


Can fairly easily solo all R3, and have been running VON elite @ 5.

If you use a learning Pot, you will literally outgrow almost half the quests before you can run them

Yeah, I figured this out after about 3 rr's.

We were running R3 tear, and I had 10x the kill count of anyone else...including a twink warlock and an arti repeater.

Now the whole guild runs it.

The damage is insane.  By level 4, the imbue damage is at least double my first number, and I'm using a deadly 10 item.

By level 6, it's 3x the damage.  Usually one shot (3 bolts) a mob on R3.
