Carpone's thread did pretty well and I'd been meaning to make my own before TRing anyways so - what gear that I've been collecting is worth using (and probably for which class - I know sweet F.A. when it comes to casters) and what should I try and sell?

Slice (dagger) - has mystical weapon bonus
Fleshshapping staff
Hypnotic pendent
Pendent of Apparation
Earthen mantle
Increased potential orb
Slavers Spinneret
Anathema (ring)
Shard of Xoriat
Branch of vile curses

Slice is bta as well.  But dice is the better weapon with the improved vorpal.   Two dice, no slice is better than slice and dice.  The set bonus is weak.  Still, I don’t usually throw away named bta stuff unless all the miles are full.

Agree with skrilla on the rest.

I would keep:
- Earthen Mantle: It’s still a good alternative to Chieftain in a divine caster.
- Spinneret: It’s good leveling gear for a caster. 
- Shard of Xoriat: One of the most fabulous clickies in game!  (If you don't use it, don't keep it.)

Thanks for the info everyone.  So the branch of vile curses and fleshshapping staff aren't weren't using?  I know fuck all about casters (trying to learn) but they looked decent to me.

I've pretty much nuked everything I don't have a receipt for that I can't off load onto a bank alt prior to TR'ing.

That level of customer service is justifiable rage-quit territory. To put it in perspective, when I was 16 I worked at KFC slinging the Colonel's delicious fried chicken out of a window. If I had that level of customer service an interaction probably would have been something like:
"Somebody took a shit in my bucket of fried chicken"
"Oh, I'm sorry about that. Here are 4 free biscuits."

I'm getting ready to do my first TR since the latest round of issues and am fucking terrified.
