wisdom set up I'm using on a falcon punch, with no raid gear:

goggles: cannith: ins wisdom 7, melee alacrity
helm: Executioner's
necky: slavelords (quality prr)
trinket: cannith: insightful prr, armor piercing, spell saves

cloak: silent avenger
belt: silent avenger
armor: silent avenger (disciple of dawn)

ring: legendary perfect pinnacle
ring2: prowess

gloves: cannith: doublestrike, healing amp, insightful accuracy 11 (5% more to hit roughly)
boots: slavelords (con)
braces:  slavelords (wisdom)

I need to move wisdom to neck and then equip the pack fueled banner lore. At that point I can transition to a mists set pretty easy.
