R10 requires one of a few meta builds with a lot of reaper AP and PL's and a top 1% player on the keyboard. That is not the same. Cripey's Merciless Bloodbath: 100 * 0.154 (reaper dmg reduction) * 2.55 (helpless 25% base + 30% sense weakness + 5% ship +15% set +60% No Mercyx6 +20%HOrc)�= 39.3 Caster dps is going up about the same amount. Current: 100 Caster DPS * .076 R10 * 1.5 = 11.4 New: 100 Caster DPS * .154 New R10 * 0.85 (extra saves) * 1.25 (new helpless) = 16.36 The people that they are actually targeting to nerf are the heroic low reaper monks, melee bards, melee clerics, and melee FvS and their splashes. Those people are losing hp, losing damage, losing DC not made up since they don't have magistar yet, and making less xp per reaper streaked dungeon. While they do get to be 2 lvls higher, melee dps doesn't scale like casters in heroics, so it won't matter much. How's math for heroic helpless casters (Soundburst / Color Spray + spell DPS)? Low-mid reaper.

	Helpless casters get lower reaper penalty to cancel out the loss of helpless damage, and +2 level range, so they will overall be better than they are now. The real winner is heroic sorc/warlock so far, but I'm guessing the new reaper is specifically designed against them for balance purposes. If it were me I would put in a new reaper that AoE magic and ranged resistance auras and heals nearby mobs when killed just to fuck with sorcs.

	+3 level range for heroics since BB is gone. And you can do level +8 in Epics since there�s no Epic over level penalty it looks like. So R5 on that level 23 quest when you�re capped at level 30 with all of your crazy gear and feats, etc. This looks like a lot slower progression for people who run the hardest content and a lot faster progression for people who can�t hack that difficulty.
