	I think it's flat out ridiculous that they don't balance for reaper. They created that fucking meta. Now they don't plan for it? Bad enough they screwed over the player base on epic XP to railroad people into buying more content, but this clown and his Xbow fetish and personal gameplay anecdotes is just a bridge too far. Also: Am I the only one reading his Alchemist comments and seeing Yet-Another-Caster-class with some Arty mechanics, a couple new animations, and a whopping dose of "Meh"? Can't wait to see how borked that will be...

	Can't tell if they have a bad system in place, if they're that clueless, or if that's intentional gaslighting. Pretty much anyone with a clue just starts with looking at the LFM, then switches over to try and gauge how many people in that level range are actually on-line - and there's usually a direct correlation between no LFMs and no one on line. What I run and if I even bother putting up a LFM is based on selection of that level range - "Only 10 people levels 20-24 on and half of them suck? Guess I'm waiting or soloing it." And seldom grouped quests tend to be seldomly ran. Put up a group for Heart of Madness and easily half the people who join will make mention how they've either never ran it...or how many years it's been since they ran it and while they're probably never going to bother running it again anytime soon.

	Steelstar is dead wrong about threat %s being additive. They are multiplicative. I did very thorough testing confirming that you cannot get to 0% threat. Stacking -50%, -25%, -20%, and -31% results in .5.75.8.69 = 20.7% total threat (a 79.3% reduction). This confirmed what the old devs said back in the day (check out the ddowiki page for Treason.) ... Edit: I did not test incite though. Is it possible that incite is additive but diversion is multiplicative? Then Gold Leaf Tea's example of +150%, -50%, and -25% would leave you with 2.5.5.75 = 93.75 total threat (a 156.25% reduction from 250) Or .5.75+1.5=187.5% if they use the correct order of operations.

The servers have been a shitshow since yesterday's patch with crippling lag, hirelings that can't be dismissed/appearing in public, and a host of other QOL issues.
