Most items I kept are geared towards ranged or melee. There are some caster focused items though. Most items are Ravenloft and after, except some nice classics and silly collectible things like SoS and ESoS, Cloak of Invisibility, a few RoSS, Mysterious Bauble, Stone of Good Luck, Bottle of Air, Myrlund's Spoons. Those things listed that are BTC are on the main. Too much to go through here.
Lots of consumables, Sov XP and Major Slayer pots, SP & HP pots, PRR/MRR/MP/RP/SP pots of various strengths, rare scrolls, mirrors, sentient and jeweler's toolkits, ingredients, collectables, bells, hair dyes, bigby hands, omnispell dust/stones, cakes, cookies, pots upon pots, so many pots, etc etc etc. One of the alts (who is aptly named) is dedicated to holding consumables.

You'll also be taking ownership of my solo guild. It's level 63 with Daedalean Kraken. Most amenities already purchased and set, with some deeds and upgrades included ready to use once the guild passes levels. The guild chests are holding a great number of unbound consumables as well.

I'm leaving a lot out, as there's just too much to list!

Wondering if there is a specific item or detail? Anything important I left out here? For specifics just ask! I can provide screenshots. I want you to fully know what you are buying into here. This account has been my baby for years. I'm guesstimating that I've spent at least 10,000 hours on this main. That's one of those things I often wonder about.

On the one hand, no one is going to buy a second-hand account and make that the account they play exclusively on(unless their own account got banned). At best it'd be for a chest puller, spare for friends, mule, etc; all things that haven't got a substantially high value. To me, buying a used MMO account is like buying tighty-whitey underwear at a second-hand store. It'll fit ok but it'll just never feel like it's "yours" (not to say I remotely disagree with selling accounts, I encourage it)

Then on the flip side, let's say someone just starting does want to shortcut into the game. I'd rather see a used account be sold and keep being used than to languish.

As for what its "worth"? I would value it by looking at what a starter pack costs on other games. On EverQuest 2 for example, you can buy a starter pack that comes with all current content, a bunch of freebies, and a token to level 1 character straight to cap + gear. That runs about $130. I doubt a used DDO account is worth as much but that'd be a good upper-limit.

Mostly just depends on what the buyer and seller agree upon. I would not base it on the cost of expansions/content bought for the account, but maybe look at the legitimate price of leveling a character: ottos + epic ottos + improved ottos = about the most a used account might be worth.

I think they should hold out for $500 at least. Thousands of hours of work, even with Dupestore around. You could basically just walk into this game from scratch or if you've been gone a long time and just start playing again.

Not everyone has that kind of money, but some people do.

I find it difficult to support the argument that "thousands of hours of work" somehow makes the account valuable, though. That's a little like me trying to sell you a used cellphone and insisting that its worth hundreds of dollars more because I got close to beating "candy crush saga". Yes I put a ton of work into it, but its tough to argue with a straight face that the resulting product is in any way worth the value of that work.

I just gave mine away, Ive sold it before in the past and gotten it back cheaper. DDO accounts just aren't worth it.

Do not sell accounts - but recycle instead!

Give it to your guild leader and let him pass it to some newbie that want to start the game.

Also buy character rename for each main just before passing to others.
