It wasn't in the notes, but was implemented on lama land regardless... so either a bug or a ninja nerf. Regardless, it was a nerf of 70+ % DB damage.
Fucking hell

Reaper has always been a "fischer random" type of system. "Fischer random" can't fix chess anymore than champions, reapers, or whatever the fuck random can fix DDO.
Fundamentally the experience of quests is down to quest design, character progression, and the community's experience.
Random quests, been saying this for years. Something like sorties in warframe. Don't know if it's even feasible on the game engine but knowing the ins and outs of every quest, traps and enemies placement, was one the reason of my first 2 1/2 years hiatus
Multiple ways of completing quests without one being objectively better/faster than the others
Ways to improve rewards ranging from higher named drop to boosted named items.
Make a motherfucking universal crafting system and STICK to it. I cannot understand why 99% of mmorpgs can craft potions, armor, weapons and a shitload of other stuff while "DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS ONLINE" doesn't offer anything even remotely satisfactory. All offensive scrolls and wands being useless is a perfect example
Most players would welcome the idea of having stuff to do and work for if it actually meant something. I'm stopping here, it's not good to be hopeful or daydream about a better ddo.
