	News to me. They can enable/disable any spell in public instances. They probably just forgot to disable Gust when they added it.

Yeah, again for every public area they have an allow/disallow list for spells. They fixed the list for the Marketplace awhile back for the most part (Flamestrike, Cometfall, etc worked for years but don't anymore) and I guess they just missed turning off Gust. With mabar/cove it's really wack what they allow and don't. They specifically turn off Blade Barrier and Wall of Fire, but leave pretty much everything else. Certain eternal wands don't work while others do, etc.
