I believe there is also an undocumented effect on Crush It! that sets your default LFM to only show for casters with Extend, clerics, FVS and bards.

Weapon Bond is a neat idea.  However, keeping yourself to 1 weapon to make that happen makes you smell like a prissy little Kensei instead of a mighty Barbarian and the "can't happen more than once every x seconds" makes the abilities pretty crappy from my perspective.  A+ for the idea.  C+ for the execution.

Frenzied Berserker: What the fuck are those Enhancements that grant +To Hit or reduce enemy AC?
MY FUCKING WIZARD CAN HIT ENEMIES RELIABLY WITH THE NEW AC SYSTEM.  TURBINE, DO NOT WASTE ENHANCEMENTS ON TO HIT!

Ravager: Critical Rage is good.  Please add Two Handed Picks to the game.

Barbarian is the first class that I've seen that really looks like it would be worthwhile to spend points in multiple trees.  Partly because multiple trees have good things in them.  Partly because all of the trees are cluttered with bullshit that no one should want.

The ravager Crit Rage is very nice.  Welcome back, Crit Rage!

I like the Barbarian trees on paper, for the most part, but I'm having a hard time getting a handle on how they will feel in game.  Need to play them a bit to see what is up.  Especially the Ravager and Occult Slayer.

Also, looking at all of the capstones, it appears that Turbine *really* wants Barbarians to splash two levels for Evasion.

Core abilities...

Mind Over Magic(1/1)
Requires: Force Ward(Rank 1)
Requires: Level 2
Requires: Barbarian Level 20
Requires: 40 Points Spent In Tree
When you take spell damage, you gain +1 saving throw vs. magic for 12 seconds. This can stack up to 4 times & fades 1 stack at a time.


Tantrum(1/1)
Requires: Death Frenzy(Rank 1)
Requires: Barbarian Level 20
Requires: 40 Points Spent in Tree
Activation Cost: 25 Hit Points
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Tactical Melee Cleave: Expend 25 hit points & 1 Rage to activate this ability to attack enemies around you.
This deals +5[W] damage & has a 50% to knock down each damaged enemy briefly on a failed Fort save vs. 20 + Str mod.
Abilites that trigger on Supreme Cleave also trigger on Tantrum.(Blood Trail, Wade In, Lash Out, Sundering Spin, Storm's Eye).

Visage of Terror
Requires: Subsiding Fury(Rank 1)
Requires: Barbarian Level 20
Requires: 40 Points Spent In Tree
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Terrorize an enemy, killing them with fear if they fail a Will save vs. 10 + Con mod + half barbarian level.
Enemies who make their saving throw are briefly paralyzed with fear instead.
Costs 1 Rage.

ah that makes some sort of sense........occult slayers one=meh

tantrum=interesting, definately worth trying.EDIT: just read the one rage cost, that is stupid......make it "you must be raged and this costs 10 seconds from your current rage" or something like that, otherwise that is such a waste of a click.

visage of terror=if high con hilariously awesome.

With all the +X to CON buffs strung throughout Ravager, I can see this getting stupid high.

Also, Ravagers seem to be Debuff Hate Tanks with a Masochistic streak, instead of FBs which are more like Masochists in general.

None of the Barbarian status effects or meaningful debuffs will work on red or purple named enemies, though.  That means it's just going to be "burn 1 Rage use to do something to some trash".

If I'm going to burn an entire Rage use, I want some serious shit that will actually do something to a boss.  Hell, even a 4 second knockdown might not be too much.
