Avoiding Dreamsplitter/Nightmare for testing due to glancing blows and lack of proficiency. As for the possible nerf, I'm going to need to see a trustworthy person doing some tests on Lamannia. With the confusion and misinformation on how these things work on live just in this thread, it's hard to believe someone that isn't giving any actual information about their testing.

	Ok, just logged on to Argo for some tests vs doggies and thugs on The High Road. Sacrificial Dagger - Life-Stealing 24 out of 25 crits resulted in a level drain. The one that did not proc also killed the enemy. Tried 20 hits with Adrenaline powered crits, all of those also resulted in level drains including some which were killing blows. So the one weird one is either due to the proc rate not being 100% or from it dying too early in the chain of damage from the weapon. Either way, it is not a 50% proc rate as Bigjunk has claimed.

	I'm wrong, you're right.� tested a bunch of adrenalines in the Stormhorns explorer area and all would woowoo except if they were killed.� Even if it ain't 100% on crits it's a hell of a lot more than 50%. It used to be 50%, I wonder when that changed? On lamania it looks like about half the adrenalines on the kobolds are wooing.� I only did about 50 hits so it's too small of a sample to really know.

Let's see if I can remember that chain of events properly... It was every crit when it was released. It was then nerfed to around 33% at an unknown date (can't find a release note on that one, may have been before F2P), which was really a needed nerf considering how effective it was in auto-crit situations. Unfortunately Update 9 in early 2011 removed auto-crits, so it would have become nearly useless. People whined and a dev agreed that it could be un-nerfed. It was changed back to every hit with U9, though I think there was an issue for a patch or two before it actually worked. So I guess the answer you are looking for is that it was never changed from 50%.

	We're at close to 100% woo on live now if it isn't 100%. My test subject's EE Sobrien beat-down time was less with nightmares than she could get with Balizardes on live, I'm not sure these weapons will be worth using anymore.

	Im betting the rate is now approximately 57% on lama from testing. Which makes them still very worth using...but annoyingly nerfed for no reason.

Last night just fucking around on an AA Ranger with 90% off hand attacks she was able to kill EE Sobrien in 14 seconds. I could not do that 6 months ago, something changed.
