	It is bad, 67 in EE vs fort save isn't worth the twist. I take back what I said sorry Lelouch, you're totally correct.

	It sucks ironically for "target audience", like divine caster in EA. Can self buff to 74 or so evo. So that's 60 spell point 74 DC Or� �� 6 spell point�67 DC. Can get some use in GH or whatever but not worth 3 ED points permanently for already " decent" caster.

You still do damage on helpless mobs, aka you get ability to bypass evasion. Lv 9 gives icy mantle, a simple icestorm and they get 4 debuff to fort save for your sburst. In exalted you get the most dcs, so something like equake solid foq clickie fort debuff from magister twisted. storm of vengance, wait for procs to take effect, sburst and then with higher caster level from ele form probably kill. You could do 17 druid 2 monk 1 wizzy if you rly need that feat, but honestly you dont, rather 2 seperate storm of vengances imo, tho that is debatable, wizzy is ok. Not saying this is good, but it works out, at least makes druid playable as caster and not making you a quake bot. Chug pots you say? Which one of those 1000+ we got from event?

	nope earthquake doesnt aply helpless state like mass hold and sburst do. But you can combine quake +burst on a druid

Eh, my druid only has 65 and it seems to be worthwhile because it tends to catch the caster types, while running in with a Howl (only 60DC atm until I can fix my gear) tends to do for the melee types even in Stormhorns... the trick with a melee/caster druid seems not to be "no-fail", but to spam lots of cheapish AoE's as you charge in, single-target stun anything that's still moving and rely on crazy damage to wipe things out before they can hurt you. I guess whether or not it's worth the twist very much depends on build and playstyle. Despite what people say, I've found that an AC over 150 generates a significant number of misses
