	Every light casts a shadow? supposed to do 1d2 neg levels to 'nearby enemies.' apparently Turbine's definition of 'enemy' includes yourself and anyone in your group. good times.

	I posted about this on lurker free somewhere a while ago when u19 hit live. Can't find it now and it was like 15 lives ago, so I don't remember exactly. But there is a way to charge a mob with negs that will store and release many charges when they die. Kind of like a neg level bomb x neg charges that applies to party members. Might have been high hp immune to neg mobs that retained stacking charges, just can't recall what was limiting factor now.
