Wonder what that is all about? There is a 3.5e Vanguard class, which I'm hoping it's not, because I don't know about you but I'm not chomping at the bit for a tank class:

He does say tree, so that is not necessarily a new class. It could be a tree for one of the melee classes (probably Pally)?
Either way, not sure why they would do this.
DDO doesn't really need tank specialists, and people get by with the existing options on the few occasions that they do. And tbh, turtling isn't a particularly fun or effective way to play.
Have to wait and see what it looks like, but again, I think they're missing the bigger picture.
If it is a new class (which I could be so they could monetise it), then they really have no clue - we don't need new classes before they complete and balance the existing class and racial PRE's.
