Also keep in mind more int=more skill points and possibly ins reflex which is totaly unnecessary atm with mrr but you have the option to do silly things like helball and en burst.

Correctly as in "just like in tooltip"?
Tooltip states that it's
1/2 of INT Modifier. So with, say, 38 INT (fairly normal for non-main stat) you have +14 modifier, which translates in +7 to damage. It's ok, but not strictly better than DMight.
But if it adds
1/2 of INT, then it would be +19 to damage, which is mind-blowingly high. Yet I've seen people claiming it really was INT/2.
Stacking KtA with DM is nice if it works, I might try out something like Pal15/Wiz5 for Holy Sword Tenser Harper double-dipping in INT and getting extra from CHA.
e: Also, Harper tree is godsend for Assassins. It makes you deal damage even without sneak attacks.
