It's not possible to do so. In certain quests it's obviously going to be straight up 70 throughout (breaking the ranks, demon assault, etc), and in some it's almost never of any use (anything with a fucking portal that breaks blitz in). But it's still not 25.5 average, unless you're right about the stack decay being other than the description on the wiki. Can't say I've ever timed it accurately. I simply prefer DC because it feels more like an "active" class for a lot of character archetypes than blitz, which makes me feel more like a gerbil on a wheel, constantly trying to get last hits to keep the stacks up.

Just tested it and Zeal is 4 minutes cooldown, and stacks fade every 3 seconds just like the description says.

The blitz stacks are not always 10, true, but when you need them the most, they are usually on 10, or they stack fast, because you will be hitting something nonstop and haste boosting.

Know this is old, but is this correct?  I think Ravager V (1pt), Crit Rage II (4pnts), Blood Strength (2pnts) need 37 points.

Come on.... even with a crit profile of 11-20 x5 it only adds 5 damage per hit on average..... With a crit profile of 17-20 x4 it adds 8 damage on 17-20 which comes down to CRAP. WAKE THE FUCK UP PEOPLE.

ring with con + resonance is nice with feywild,
you'll probably get more mileage out of sneak attack feat though, your MP is like 20 higher? even with a loss of 15(?) ranks in hide?
