	Best heroic build starting at 7 through level 20. New alt. I have plenty of +3 and +4 tomes to feed him. Looking for something to breeze through heroics with. Race and class is not a problem...

	I've always preferred leveling Wizzies to sorcs, Conjuration acid with web SLA, secondary necro. I hate that sprintboost requires a 2 level splash now

	I have to go with some type of bard splash, the freezing ice shit is fun and the 15% constant effect action boost bonus to movement speed wins for ZERG

Was like that since they reworked enchantments and i doubt they will ever fix it. Personally best heroic build hmm.. Sorc is best, fsoul 2nd, artie maybe third, with maybe barb now being quite good as well and druid casterish being there as well /it just has better aoe then wolfie so can zjerg faster. In short anything that moves fast and kills fast. Sorc = wings, fsoul = bb and later wings, barb = sp boost claves and massive hp from cores now, artie = range synergy with harper to get good stuff fast and later bb.

	Swashbucklers are awesome 1-20 (and beyond). Pally is meh until you get holy sword at 14...14-20 it is the boss though. Artis are great 1-20 if you want to try ranged. For casters, wiz and sorc are great for zerging once they get 3rd level spells. Fvs only gets BB at 12(and no wings til 17) Cleric is great 11-20. I've never played a caster druid, but I assume they get good with 4th level spells.

	Fvs and clerics can actually do well even b4 bb. Empowered maxed holy smite (tier 4 spell) is aoe and does nicely at level.

	I've got to back swashbuckler; the 12/6/2 builds have amazing synergy. Harmor paladin is good, but that is state-of-the-game; I wouldn't start a new one unless I planned on capping them before the next update.

Would prefer a swashbuckler for leveling as a melee.
