	Post your painful "turbine screwed me" complaints here with descrption. Say hello to our new member: Jambajuicey https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/460349-eTR-and-no-TR-cache He lost his TR cache upon ETR. I guess even tho gm or turbines wont restore his cahce, they can now add: Known issues: "TR cache occasionally gets nuked upon ETR, we might be working on a potential fix, that should or is supposed to prevent it, if not return your gear"

But when you include all the inherent benefits from reincarnation, the thing is above the roof. The benefit from TR was supposed to be minimal, but now it is game breaking. start a new character and you will feel, you will get raped in heroics. Personally I think lower heroics on new characters are harder than Legendary Elite content on a character with good gear and has all destinies farmed. 	Simple frackin backups/images would mitigate all the bad PR and player grief from these situations.�The neg PR on these occasional incidents is enormous. Every time a toon TR's in any way, take an image and store it for a week or month. No more doubting the player, you just need to find someone who gives enough fucks to bother fixing it then, so half way there at least.� �

Whoa it is like telling rape victims, to make make pictures just in case... You freakin turbine fanboi!!! On a serious note, how do you prove that all the rings in the pic are tod rings? There are so many identical looking crap. Also, im sure i heard of a guy who could prove with screenshot but gm refused, ofc he kept "harrassing" support on phone and they eventually restored his shit i think.

I meant Turdbine should take an electronic copy of your toon, banks everything everytime you TR. Automated - it should just happen as an extra step in the process. Keep it in short term storage, CS calls it up if needed, otherwise ignore it. I take screenshots of what I can (destiny XP etc).

I thought they do and have for some time now. One of their services they've had for years now is a character undelete request. I've used it once just to test it and it asks what date you would like the character restored from. I'm not for sure though if they actually copy it each day or just try to get close to one's request date but it seemed to work well. I'm not sure about TR cache though....

What, just because they are automating tools to catch and punish players, you think they should make tools to help players too? That's just crazy talk! Just cube threads complaining of problems, it's a lot easier and more satisfying.

	Turdbin, keep changing the DDO rules, because McDonalds sold over 200 billion hamburgers by changing the recipe for their Special Sauce every couple of months to keep interest up.
