	One of my completionists still needs a bladeforged life. 18 warlock/2 pally blast spammer should be viable enough. The other one has iconics already tripled. I'm thinking melee, probably 3+ bard dip.

	blast speed is a joke. only possible redemption this may have is shiradi (not using blasts) with 20% crit damage. Maybe some melee build with aura? IDK, seems shitty atm.

It was first life toon at lv 28. The blast is so slow that it cant properly be used with MM spam. It gives a charging animation every time you use it again after using anything else. Blast will be more DPS than missile spam in shiradi, because it has much higher base damage and attack rate (compared to casting speed at least).� Yes, the lack of homing and slow blast velocity really sucks in groups when other people have aggro.� If you solo a lot, you probably won't notice because all the mobs are coming at you, and mobs have zero strafing or dodge AI.�

The pact acts like an additional proc. Interestingly, the aura does generate empyrean magic and therefore probably just rewards. But a FvS splash isn't really worth it, since you're losing out on base damage, and it doesn't cost SP anyway.

	would just like to point out.. if enervating shadows remains as is.. 20 warlock ftw on non-rednameds.. was doing between 3 and 10 neg levels a second due to the chaining effect.. (currently 100% chance for neg levels, not 10%)
