	I have not done raid yet, but done the quests a couple of times each. And I have to say that this is just boring shit. There was nothing new in those quests, they where built after the same boring formula that Misery's peak is built after, ie find barrier, clear left side and pull leaver, clear right side and pull leaver, proceed. There was not a single moment where I was thinking, hey, this is fun, or hey, this is new and original. We have seen everything before. This follows what is in my opinion the shitties updates ever. The storyline in epic orchard was ridiculously bad. What saved that update for me was that the quests in orchard are in themselves really good quests, and ofc all the nice items that we wanted there. Then we got ToEE, which was just a stupidly big and boring dungeon. Nothing new, nothing fun, and very quickly just a boring slugfest, killing the same group of monsters again and again and again ad infinitum. And now this. If this years updates are the best that the current developer team can come up with then the game is really doomed

	Yeah.. I haven't done the raid yet. But the quests are pretty dang meh. Honestly, the original Amrath quests were quite a bit more creative. The puzzle one is so-so. But the others are fairly weak. They would have been better off Epiccing Amrath as-is. But.. ya know... TP and stuff.

	A half-dozen boss Vaulties donated generously with real money to my classroom during a fundraiser in May 2015 to get poor kids books to read. I won't forget that. 	Heh, that's why I always try to play Amrath, IQ in heroics, Fens, Carnival, Sands and Sentinels in epic. Or whatever god forbidden crap xp quest in heroics that noone ever does. It might be lower xp/min but the quests are 1000 better than shit we have now every "update".

	Like Deathwyrm the raid has interesting mechanics (twitch skills in part 1, large and varied trash management in part2 and more twitch/dps tests in part 3) All of the above is worthless though as it's unplayable right now. What's the point in trying to dodge 450 dmg/tick spikes when my guild is hovering in place? How can I improve my positioning through various aoe attacks when the meteor/ worm breath AOE indicators in no way reflects the area that's actually threatened? A friend pointed out tonight that they made the same mistake with Deathwyrm. The raid rewards you for coordinating 6 phylactery portal takedowns, but in practical term spawning all those shadows is insta red DA and most likely lags everyone out to the point of failure. How is this not taken into consideration at the point of design? Most infuriating is TB's abject refusal to even acknowledge the issue "This hotfix will address several issues, including an issue where lower-level characters are unable to teleport to Amrath from their guild airship, Trials of the Archons quest givers are not properly interacting with players, and some appropriate-level characters are not receiving Mysterious Remnants when they should be. We'll have further detail tomorrow." Oh so not the game breaking performance issues then?

	The new "content" has all the hallmarks of amateur design, except for some artwork, which we knew they had lying around. At least the puzzle room wasn't mirrors. We should probably launch a Kickstarter campaign to pay for game designing lessons. That's the only way Epic Vale will have 1: loot that makes sense, and 2: dungeons that aren't a series of boxes with mobs in them, or the same as heroic, just with severely inflated HP bags. Looking forward to 5k hp bats at the end of Epic Coal Chamber. Can't imagine how god-awful sentient weapons will turn out. Pretty sure they'll work in some way for them to cost 10k remnants to upgrade, though.

	I am IronClan and all I can say is it's obvious this post has an anti-DDO agenda, and that anyone in their right mind could tell that all the reports on the lag here are nothing but hoax. The internet is not the best place to get your facts straight so I recommend you contact Turbine Customer Support on phone and ask THEM if the game is bugged. I can assure you it is not.

	That's what happened since they got with that "1 update every 3/4 months" bullshit. It would take 1 month only for play testing taking feedback into account (and we all saw how turbine values our feedback). The obvious result is a series of updates that add practically nothing to the actual gameplay with added damage of losing customers and angering the rest of mentally sane players. Of course im already excluding mobos retards such as uurulol, irontard etc. I would prefer one big motherfucking update per year done properly that all that shit turbine is coming up with. Fuck it....let's be honest, epic vale would take time to do only for its relevance in terms of: loot-->crafting (epic greensteel, EPIC GREENSTEEL) plot (for those who care) dedicated wild theme specific monsters that are not reskinned trash we have seen so far (like shadar kai in epic 3bc) much more that would require a massive OT it would also be a good time to implement something "new". Turbine fails to do this every goddamn time (except HH...I love HH). U27 proved how much this is true

	yeah DDO has totally lost it's Dungeons and Dragon's feel, which for better or worse meant that updates all tried to be a little bit different and offer something new, even it was boring or terrible at least they tried and it was a different. This update really was just monsters in boxes. It's nice in the one quest they give you a rogue-y version with traps, but its just like 5 trap boxes and a bunch of mobs, it's not really very creative.
