The necklace is respectable as is the quiver, just because there are so few actual quivers that do anything besides hold ammo, none of which are as easy to get as this one. Im SO fucking pissed about that quiver. Why did I grind 20 fucking MoDs?!?! But it is really good obv. if you throw or shoot stuff. Awesome boots are awesome, no other source of Insight 4 Dex for when you need to ditch Eidolon neck, especially when you think of all the other interesting things there are for neck slot.

	Looks like on a thrower if you went uncentered you could get away with wearing 5 items and offhanding a dagger. It would gimp out a number of slots, but allow you to keep Epic Litany. Bracers - garbage Boots - awesome Neck - Pretty good Ring w/ Sheltering- mostly shit Ring w/ Saves - garbage Trinket - reserve for eLitany Off hand Dagger. Would lose Claw set +4 Artifact (but could go black dragon set for +2 and 5% Damage Bonus), and ToEE set 20 Ranged Power (kind of huge) and they just fixed the burst damage on ToEE epic weapons it should be doing a lot more now. But 3 Dex, Int, Con, and Wis is pretty fucking juicy. Fucking Turbine Bullshit, 2 Items should give +1 Quality Stat, 4 Items should give +2 Quality, and all 6 should be +3.

	I pulled the Laurel Helix today on a first run through. It might not be best in slot, but it beats hell out of Ancient Band (which I am a fan of.) Edit: I should qualify that it's Heroic, as I could give a fuck about epic, but I don't.

	Not that I plan to buy the pack soon but how easy/grindy is the loot to get at? (As in the quest run/raid/whatever, not the pull chance in the chest.) That Quiver is on my One Day list for a few characters.

That Quiver is on my One Day list for a few characters. i solo'd all three on EE with 14pally/3monk/3 ftr PDK thrower last night and it was really easy. Only part that is remotely not easy is that ranged enemies now hit WAY harder. And the champs version will ping you quick for 300-400 a pop with 100 PRR.
