I'm sorry, I thought we were trying to figure out the maximum dexterity score available.

But, to answer your question: 5 items according to the loot Dev.

Boots (Epic Ship Kickers are actually pretty good for a dex build.)
Braciers (as Epic Ethereal's would probably be redundant)
1 ring as the other will be dedicated to the Defiler ring. 
Neck (+20 hp and +3 fort saves vs the eidolon necklace)
Trinket (+1 to all stats and seeker +14 vs. +4 profane damage)

Arguably, you could also skip the Defiler ring for both devil rings, slot Mentaus goggles and get back the litany.

Just did 168 seconds myself on the pure 20 monk Shocked

Trd into 14 monk/6 ranger - 10k/manyshot/10k - pause for 30 seconds or so, repeat. Did 154 seconds, but my bow sucks. I think its time to be a warlock :x


~EDIT~ I should clarify, im doing 168 seconds on the pure in LD, not Fury. I dislike fury, fury is for wankers Tongue

With a better bow it will make a big difference. Were you in DWS for T5?

Also, Fury is just vastly superior red named damage. No two ways.

Basically, I'm getting that it looks like furyshot is the only source of dps for ranged now due to rate of fire nerfs of procs. So you want ranged power, double shot, adrenaline crit-able damage, and crit multiplier. Toss imbues/sneak/poison out the window.

Sure you can get 100 points or whatever of elemental damage a hit, 3x a second from imbues, but lets face it, that's hireling level dps.

What's funny is that this was supposed to improve build diversity.

I had my instant replay software running, but for whatever reason it refused to instant replay during the test to show the dmg per hits.

I was using T5 harper for the +3 dmg. Dint get around to testing out DWS yet over harper. Ill log in ina bit for that. Was using tf t3 fire/fire/fire star/bow, offhand was something, dragon edge. Spent 11 in DWS for sniper shot, 35 in Harper for tier 5 +3 and the +6 ranged power, rest went into Ninja for the sneak attack die and dex nodules. 2 points in AA for free arrows.

Enhancments are shown at the beginning, listed above the bow/star used.  Test ended at 172. I then respeced into this which resulted in a 128 run (forgot to record, mah bad) Both tests used LD, not Fury like you. Im sure you THINK fury is the "best" but its not..

Well I did 124 seconds on my 11 wiz/6 ranger/3 monk who spent 41 points in AA and only 11 in DWS, so I have to disagree that its terrible. 

Not competitive with 12 ranger/8 monk DWS though.

Good point. Looks like I could eke out another 2 points for a screenshot. That makes 96 the max possible dex AFAIK.

That is an actual build that I that can hit 91 buffed dex when actually playing though (If I ever get that damn tome), so like Ollie was saying I would never make that trade in actual quest conditions, but I get that that's not what you were saying.
