He's a new employ from DDO tasked with infiltrating the Vault.

He was briefed that we are all fowl mouthed undesirables and to go deep undercover he would have to become like us.

Unfortunately the level of recruitment at this late stage of the game meant they employed someone who hasn't mastered the art of  tempering their excitement of having their first new job.

So with great gusto Kingdickhead appears and starts trying to fit in.
