Really DC comes out ahead in any quest that that you drop blitz even once while it's on cooldown, so any content that has blitz breaking doors or a lack of/lull between targets is DC territory. While I do agree with you, I find the amount of quests where DC does come out ahead to be so small in number as to not even bother. None of those quests are end game anymore except maybe MoD a bit but when I'm always regulated/pick sides over middle due to high amounts of DPS, DC comes out lacking, even in EE.
