Building heavily on GT, Deathstars, 5FS Kensei Shuriken, and others, thanks and props to the work that has gone before. Much has been covered in those threads so I'll pretty much stick to what is different.
The fugly Helf finally gets to do something other than wait until last call and hope somebody is drunk enough to take it home. It gets Terror Arrows without 3 levels of ranger because 12 fighter is needed for Power Surge and 6 monk for 10k. Power Surge with Action Surge is +11 to Wisdom. Butterface goes full tropic thunder on Wisdom for Terror DC and converts it to RP with 10k.
This split should do less damage than the Kensei Shuriken because no DWS means less SA and doubleshot and no Improved Archer's Focus. Ethereal instead of Feywild could close that a little but it still only gets 4d6 SA. It also loses out on some +2 and +3 RP feats. Plus no Dodge/Mobility which open up the enhancements for a missing pile of dodge % that kind of hurts on a pajama thrower. Also being down 3 monk levels loses 15 doubleshot during 10k. For all that it gets Terror Arrows and Power Surge.
Compared to GT it of course loses the expanded vorpal range and a pile of SA. It will be ahead on Wisdom by 12 from Power Surge and GMoF.
Compared to Death Stars it will be ahead 11 Wisdom from Power Surge and Action Surge. Down 25 doubleshot during 10k. No Improved Archer's Focus. No Warlock debuff.

I left off ED and twists on purpose. 87 is pretty damn high. Enchant Specialist and Draconic Presence will get it to 93 for two twists.
Then it's down to a Wisdom or non-Wisdom ED. Steelstar made the case for EA and Primal for the DC. That 6 and 8 Wisdom will get converted to RP during 10k.
Primal seems to be the middle of the road choice; 24 RP, 8 more during 10k, +4 DC.
LD is full tropic RP with no DC help.
Shadowdancer could drop Feywild for Ethereal; dropping to 89 Terror DC with twists but getting SA and Dex.
Full disclosure on theory v. reality. I don't own a 15/7 greensteel wis item or Epic Litany so that's pie in the sky for me. Also I didn't play this build on my main with the past lives and +6 tome. I have it on a second life alt with shit gear and tomes and no destinies leveled. It is kicking a fair amount of ass but the version above is idealized and may contain errors. Likely, actually.
One thing I dither about is dropping the extra elemental damage for times when Terror doesn't work and one SA from Helf to get Shadow Fade. That will probably be how I run it in reality as I push the actual version I have through epics.
