Agree with jak on how he reads it Confirmed.� The Racial AP awarded are accumulated. Presently, after 30 Racial Past Lives, you could have 10 to use in whatever Racial tree you currently have.

As I read the release notes it's either TR or racial reincarnation. That'd mean you get booted to korthos with 2 less inventory pages and two less bank pages... That might cause a couple of problems (not to mention super cluttered inventory if they require you to empty the TR cache which I wouldn't put past them. I'm predicting the DDOstore will soon stock a true heart of bloodwood. Get both the benefits from a racial reincarnation and true reincarnation for only 2.500 TP.

	10 racial is really powerful. The best benefits are for AA users. Leaving the build with 76 APP to spend on class trees. DC casters and melee grab stat points a bit easier. Bladeforged get to recon easier.

	RR bonuses look nice. 10 AP is YUGE. Costing epic tokens is very nice. I checked out Lam for a bit. RR does NOT force you to empty the TR cache. It DOES lower your inventory space by resetting your favor, this doesn't prevent you from RRing, the items just go into overflow, as when you ER without enough room for your equipped gear to be unequipped. I forgot to check the bank and see if the reduced pages had any weird effect. Looking at Dragonborn. +Str and Cha seems like Pally bait. Some decent melee racial enhancements too. Unfortunately, they can't take Silvanus as a deity, so will never be preferable for that over PDK. (unless they make an iconic version that is both FR based and not locked into a different deity.) There's also a lot of spellcasting enhancements though. Shiradis and fiend/goo warlocks can make use of the +spellpower and +CL/maxCL. Evocation specced DC casters will love Dragonborn, with the +3 DC in tier 4. There's arcanum for +spell pen as well. Wings are nice for any class of course. Breath weapon looks cool, but I don't know how effective it will be outside of a max spellpower build.

	Best idea from the devs ever to eliminate the TR Cache for RR. Try to leave Korthos with an overfloating inventory when you have to pick an item
