Went into Legendary Tempest Spine. Killed all the fire elementals in the entrance area. No knockdowns/trips were procced, no helpless damage was logged.

Completed Oath of Vengeance. Knockdowns/trips were procced on Revenants, Rats, Skeletons, Zombies, and Harpies. Helpless damage was logged on Revenants, Rats, Skeletons, Zombies, and Harpies. No helpless damage or knockdown/trip occurred on Ghosts or Wraiths.

Completed DoJ. No helpless damage or knockdown/trip occurred on anything. Is this environmental immunity? Is the effect considered fear/compulsion/charm? I ran Archon's Trial recently though, and I'm pretty sure demons were getting knocked down/tripped in there. It can't be because it's a raid. I routinely trip/knockdown scarecrows in Baba, Armor and Skulls in Strahd, and others.

I've run DoJ several more times, and the knockdown/trip/helpless proc has worked on the trash as I would normally expect it to.

Maybe the effect bugs out/turns off in certain circumstances? Purifying Quiver comes to mind.

Definitely not a bad setup, but I'm not sure the Howler Mask, Silver Tongue Ring and House J Hands are worth the tradeoffs versus Executioner's Helm, Ring of Nightfall and Crumbling Gloves.

Your setup gains:
+1 Ins Deception, Tendon Slice, Heal +22, Healing Lore +29%, Insightful Heal +11, Equipped Healing Amplification +40, Trace of Madness: Paranoia

It loses:
Ins PRR +24, Ins Int +9, Quality Int +4, Seeker +17, Ins Deadly +7

That's a good bit of DPS to give up for some healing on a build that shouldn't need healing that often if played well, especially in a good group.

Int serves no purpose on my build other than skill points. And Insightful Deadly doesn't stack with Deadly Instinct. And the Assassinate DC bonuses do affect my bird attacks. Losing PRR and seeker still hurts though.

Doesn't matter, at least while KT is the meta, I need paranoia to not pull aggro.

The only other option is the Drow Cowl, which probably means dropping the raid necklace for a Reflective Bloodstone so that I can drop the raid goggles for CC (Seeker/Ins Concentration/Ins Wis)

I should probably check and see if I can get my MRR to 90 without magical sheltering.

Ahh, I didn't realize you were running Falconry tree.  Yes, that would definitely weight things in favor of the setup you listed I think.

Swapping in a weapon with Deadly Rain for the 5pc bonus may look good on paper, but sentient lag exacerbates the time to swap, activate and then swap back. 

Why not 6 Ranger for DWS T5?  You'd have room to add Quick Draw too.

Also, I'd take Harbinger of Chaos over Elusive Target.

LD sucks for Shuri compared to Fury.

Yeah, I don't generally try to do it every 20 seconds. It's more of a modal thing. One setup is for maxing DPS, the other is for surviving Horrid Wilting spam/unevadable AoE BS in reaper wearing pajamas.

That capstone is ridiculously good. And Monk levels boost 10k. And there's not enough AP to cover NS+DWS+Falcon. And...other stuff.

Halfling brings a lot to the table. Synergy. Racial bonuses to hit, dex, AC, damage, saves, hide. AP gets you more dex, more saves, +3 max dodge, +3 SA dice. The IPS angle is just gravy.

Aasimar is nice for the HP bonus. I try not to rely on self heals though. Cocoon is enough to do my part in keeping others up. Still, Aasimar would probably be my second choice.

Anyway, I do need to edit a few things here.

I'm going to move my damage boost over to LD so I can take Crippling Strike. It's pretty nice now that the min is 1 instead of 0.

Also I need to slot an artifact for the three filigree slots. And I just learned that the set bonuses will tally from both your sentient weapon and your artifact. So I'll have to rework those sets. Probably swap that to two 5-piece sets and run Nystul's and Deadly Rain full time.
