Insert augments to round stuff out.   I do a shit load of gear swaps.

Weapons:   Primary trash weapon is a Mythic 4 Flow, off-hand alternates between and affirmation LGS Khopesh (150 stacking devotion, hjealing amp, Good blast) and a Draconic Reniggeration Khopesh to get action boosts. 

Have dual flows, dual Calamities, pretty much everything since I've been playing this toon forever.

At cap is 2000ish HP, 240 PRR, about 19k DPS.

If it's a matter of hygiene and being clean, and given that your shithole is probably dilated enough to squeeze a melon up there,  I would recomend you to try and shove up there  an orange juicer. Start with the tip only and after 2 days you will probably be abe to turn it on for the whole run with no pain at all.  Wink

It's a good idea, though to be honest the toons getting almost 19K DPS in a Brunsmash test (test on R5 and scale upward) who isn't an FE so I haven't changed my FEs in ages.
