	Your specific build's optimal rotation is 1k cuts-> exposing strike-> growing strom-> dance of death, and then keep exposing on cooldown followed by dance pf death for a second time. If you wanted to get the fastest kobold kill time then you would need to pick up bleed them out for 3W every 6 seconds, and probably tendon cut in dws for 3W every 15 seconds. Tho tendon isnt that great since you would be only getting two uses of it during the kobold kill. that and taking dps feats and twists would get you to sub 20 times.� this is based off your bruntsmash r5 vid

DEX increases hide dmg, reflex, and overall higher than a STR build by 2 points.� And it keeps you from slotting STR items.� However, it is racist heavy (16 in Aasimir tree) and past life dependent, so it will not help your HP issue. I actually really like this, apart from just a few things; in my personal opinion, Legendary Band of Insightful Commands is a better ring slot than Legendary Ring of Prowess. You lose 8 MP, but gain the Insightful Accuracy slot, with a generous amount of Deadly; in my opinion, being able to physically land your entire hit more often will beat a slight increase in MP. In doing this, it'll require Accuracy 28 over Resistance 14 on your slavers, but saves are not something I'm personally having a problem with, even with only a Resistance 8 augment, what with all the past lives/buffs I've got going. Since tempests get an immense amount of feats auto-granted, this frees up some flexibility: you can slot your slavers necklace on boots instead, and put on Fleetfoot Necklace. This will help make up the difference in wisdom, while also exceeding the natural armor bonus that you'd normally have on your boots. You would have to take Blinding Speed to offset the loss of a speed item, but with the sheer amount of available feats on a tempest, this isn't an issue. Quality Con +4 over Quality PRR +11 is something I find interesting. I personally favor a generous amount of PRR, just because the difference in physical damage mitigation would exceed that of a straight HP bonus - but +4 con would help with taking damage from spells. I'm inclined to stay with PRR, solely through how much more physical damage I'm taking over elemental. Overall, here's what I'd change (and probably actually end up running) in terms of gear: � Goggles - Van Richten's Spectacles � Helm - Legendary Executioner's Helm � Necklace - Fleetfoot Necklace � Trinket - CC (Dodge 15/Insightful Dexterity 7/Healing Amplification 61) � Cloak - Legendary Shadowhail Cloak � Belt - Legendary Braided Cutcord � Ring - Legendary Ring of Nightfall � Gloves - Molten Silver Gauntlets � Boots - SL (Constitution 17/Accuracy 28/Stunning 20/Quality PRR 11) � Ring2 - Legendary Band of Insightful Commands � Bracers - Legendary Lore-Fueled Packbanner � Armor - Legendary Mist-laden Vestment � Weapon 1 - Flow, the Piercer of Hearts � Weapon 2 - Legendary Vulkoor's Edge Since ghostly is now on a cloak slot, this frees up a feat for Elusive Target. This, with the incorporeality chance, would make quite a difference towards my existing damage mitigation. Overall, great gear split; these are just the few changes I'd personally make.

	Any character can hit 2k hp inside of reaper and 220 prr blitzing and tenser's. With the Epic Defensive Fighting feat available and 21 reaper points into the defense tree. And with a dexterity based gear set.
