I was under the impression that DR does not affect SA. (E.x., Crystal in Baba, or flame skulls on a rogue when you don't use your bludgeoning weapons.)
Is there some example or test you're thinking of?

Vulnerability probably never affected SA. SA obviously doesn't need a buff. Are you complaining after the numerous buffs to rogues lately? Very silly.

You can do 0 damage and still get sneak damage.

Gentlemen may I point you to wolf tier 5 Alpha strike, a cleave attack that instantly does 25 prr/mrr reduction (if target is over 85% health).

While it might not last for entire boss fights this is the quickest way to get prr dmg early. This single handedly makes tier 5 wolf worth considering on some builds.

Edit:  The above information is incorrect and yes I'm Gay and Retarded.  The debuff is just to Melee Power, Spell Power and Ranged power so it is a defensive boost to players and not offensive.

I don't think naming names would be a good thing for me to do, but I'd pretty much add anyone who's a know-it-all dick on the list. Even if they are sometimes intelligent with their opinions, the way they state them in long, "i'm a lawyer at trial"-type posts makes me want to punch them in the face. They act like whiney babies with god complexes and then freak out if someone so much as breathes criticism in their direction.

I have a suffering finally on my newest wolf build.  Can confirm that Suffering applies the "melted" debuff so probably won't stack with ooze at all.
