200 is not realistic.
Even with 30 deadly + 3 Monk PLs + 3 arcane EPLs + 5 Advancing Blows, you'd need...156 str to hit 150 base damage or 222 str to hit 200 base damage.
Wolves are getting over 200 on inventory details screen, which doesn't take into account the weapon's base damage. So 200 is possible on maxed builds in-game right now. I can get screenshots from symb and teth later if you need evidence. My shitty low life/low reaper ap tempest is getting close to 100 in reaper fully buffed. Wolves get that whole 1.5 thing going for them and easily eclipse my low 90s Dex.

TL;DR Tremor is fucking retarded. Tail is surprisingly good. And Starcarver actually manages to edge out razor and fall slightly behind Tail.
