ToD ring yes, Chattering ring no. They should have made it Dodge 4. It wouldn't stack with Icy Rainments and would finally give S&B that few point nudge it needed to be superior over Pajamas.

	The new release notes look pretty decent. Less boss hp, with new boss tricks on epics (Seems no details yet on the tricks but im assuming it's to create more awareness on everyones part of whats going on instead of the auto attack & AFK mindset). New Loot in VOD and Hox (Elite only). Extra chests in harder diff Shrouds with Shroud mats available in end reward list. At first glance seems to be a much better set of changes than the lazy fix of U11.

Epic Grims takes up the critical Necklace slot for a stalwart, a Stalwart III would only net 1 AC and lose 15% threat as well as two action boosts. Pallies can use this as can rangers though. 	It's looking pretty decent. I hope I'm not gonna regret these words, but seems Turbine has done a good job with planning U12 (generally speaking).

Two boosts is huge if you run Elite ToD, VoD, eChrono, etc or anything longish. 1 point of AC is meh, you lose two losing your stalwart set to gain 3, that is foolish. There is no such thing as too much threat generation on a tank so don't discount that 15%.

They have to be from the same item, and the dragontouched armor bonuses were essentially the same thing as the chattering ring. They didn't add a "+3 dodge bonus" to the dragontouched items, they added a "+3 dodge bonus from the chattering ring" to them. Not exactly the same thing, although in a lot of places it works out the same way.
