If there is noone in the game you can trust with the plat to hold onto as you switch, then I recommend sending the items you sell/trade for the plat to whatever toon beforehand.  I just stuffed em in the shared bank and withdrew them on a bank toon then loaded them up with plat through ah or sales.

I have too much plat to do that 9999 shit. Takes way to long and I lack the patience.

Well, I guess I don't really have to worry about that.  My characters are always broke.  A haggle bard will be in the works soon.
