May I have one more question?
I understand, that thrown weapons benefit from certain abilities on sideweapons (for instance - Treason gives 15% armor piercing, Envenomed blade gives enervation), but env blade doesnt give paralyzing? Why? How can I tell what exactly is passed on the thrower and what not? And what exactly celestia gives?
So, testing on the dummy is ALWAYS the best thing to do if you're unsure. What I have learned over the years is:
Things that DO NOT say "On hit" "On Critical" or "On Vorpal".
So, percentage based attacks like lightning strike, incineration, crushing wave, slicing winds, Corrosive salt, disintegration, etc. Pretty much any effect from that comes second on a lvl 24 Cormyrian weapons. Also, things like Seeker and Deception, again because they do not have a "Hit" requirement specific to the weapon, they are instead "Attack" specific.
That's the best I can give. Paralyzing is very much an On Hit effect. Enervation from the Epic Envenomed however, is not. It is a percentage based on "Attack" effect, and it works great offhand.
Armor piercing, in all it's forms, works fine. Black armor, treason, Envenomed, and the armor piercing portion of the new Dragons Edge effect on Wyrmwrought crafted items.
